2.1.3 Data we collect if you use our Product and Services
Generally, we may collect below data if you use our services.
- Your product serial number;
- We collect information about our Services which you use and how you use them, including but not limited to Launch data, Feature usage, Page clicks, Sign-in information;
- Your local device information, including but not limited to your device information, device hardware, operating system, other software on your system, Username, your FamiCare ID, location, IP address, operating log information, the size and format of the files you are working with;
- Crash data and the information of the files you are working with. If the User meets with a crash problem, we will enquire if the User agrees to send the original document to FamiCare. Only if the User agrees to send FamiCare the original document, FamiCare can have access to the original document;
- The User may want to subscribe to FamiCare newsletters in order to be provided with information and news regarding FamiCare news and products. In this case, FamiCare may collect the User’s email address, name or nickname, country, preferred product, and your operation to the promotion emails.
- For our Famicare services, we usually collect information on the device which has installed FamiCare. The information may include
Device model,
System version and language,
User’s submitted information,
Installed applications,
Browser record,
Keyword (for early warning purpose),
Driving information,
The sound regime type on the child’s phone
The child device battery level
Information regarding the percentage of time spent using other apps on the child's device
The list of contacts on the child's device
The history of the web browser and YouTube on the child's device
The history of instant messengers on the child's device Pictures and photos on the child's device etc.
- FamiCare uses OAuth authentication to configure cloud storage services for the application on your behalf, which may include viewing and managing your Google cloud service storage files such as photo albums, media libraries, shared albums, etc.
Location (geolocation) - we collect and use the unique user ID and the mobile device location on which “FamiCare Parental Control” app is installed using GPS in the background, Wi-Fi or wireless triangulation in order to get the location of the mobile device to provide our Service. We only store the location data as long as it is reasonable to provide the Service, and then we will delete the location data related to your profile in “FamiCare Parental Control” app. The Company is able to maintain location data for a longer period of time in order to analyse cumulative trends and indicators. If you will to refuse location data collection, in the settings on the mobile device on which the app is installed, restrict the app access to the location data.
- Parent may contact us in order to review and / or delete any personal information the Company have collected regarding the child or cancel permission to collect the additional information regarding the child. The Company may also save any messages you send to us.
We use this information in order to operate, maintain and provide you with the functions and functionality of the Service and to communicate with you. We can also send you app messages (for example, confirmation of an profile, notification of parental consent, confirmation of an order, change or update of the features of the Service, technical and security notifications).

Duration of the storage
Personal data related to your visit to our website and the purchase and use of our products and Services
FamiCare will store the collected personal data for the duration necessary for the fulfilment of our contractual or legal obligations and 60 days after the termination of the contract. Beyond this duration, in order for FamiCare to be able to demonstrate the existence of a right or a contract or a legal obligation, the relevant personal data will be stored through intermediary archives for a duration that will not exceed what is strictly necessary regarding the purpose of the storage and in accordance with the applicable legislation.
Regarding banking information, said information will be deleted once the payment has been processed and has become effective. Withdrawal time period could additionally apply. The number and the expiration date of the credit card number (not the CVV security code) could be stored through intermediary archives for evidence purposes in case of a claim regarding the payment, for the duration provided by applicable legislation.
Personal data related to comments areas
FamiCare will store the collected personal data for not more than 5 years after the collection.
Personal data related to newsletters and advertising emails
FamiCare will store the collected personal data for 3 years from their collection or from the last contact from the User (whichever is later). At the end of this 3 years’ time period, FamiCare may contact the User in order to know if the User wishes to keep receiving commercial information from FamiCare. In case FamiCare would not receive any positive and explicit answer from the User, the personal data would be deleted or archived in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Children's Privacy
The site and the services are designed to be a tool for parents and others to use to facilitate safe online interactions for Dependents.
